The challenge

A growing clinic was running its funnel across disconnected tools — call tracking, web forms, spreadsheets, and Salesforce that didn't talk to each other. Reps burned hours switching between systems and losing context, follow-up slipped, leads went cold, and leadership couldn't see what was actually working.

What we built

We took over the whole growth operation — first touch through RevOps to Salesforce Health Cloud. We unified call tracking, web forms, automation, and Salesforce into one patient record, rebuilt the follow-up process, and fed conversion data back into their ad platform to sharpen spend.

The outcome

One source of truth ended the tool-switching, follow-up stopped leaking leads, and the clinic could finally see and improve what drove patients — a system we continue to run and extend as their Salesforce partner.
